The dentists here are top-notch. They are extremely knowledgeable, staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and practices. Dr. Wong and her team deserve 5 stars for their excellent service. The procedure was quick and painless, and Dr. Wong was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. However, the billing system and pricing were problematic, with multiple prices and added fees within a short period of time. I was told by my insurance agent that this location rates are the highest compare other locations. The doctor and staff were amazing, but the billing and pricing need improvement.

I've been a client at Signal Hill Dental for over 15 years, and I have always received excellent service. The front desk staff members are friendly and efficient. Dr. Soin is one of the best health care professionals I have ever had - she is knowledgeable, warm, and meticulous in her work. I frequently see different hygienists, all very skilled, but I would give a special shout out to Andrew for his finesse with my sensitive teeth and Carolyn for her awesome sense of humour. Dr. Wong truly respects the autonomy of her patients - she addressed my concerns regarding Invisalign immediately, without questioning me or pushing me past my comfort level.
